TERMS

The permitted use is Retail, professional services, or offices under Use Class E (a, c & g).
Note: Hot food takeaway use is not permitted. However, a café use would be considered subject to terms.
Interested parties are advised to make their own enquiries with the local planning authority.
LEGAL COSTS
Each party are to be responsible for their own legal costs.
Upon agreement of terms the ingoing tenant will lodge £1,000 with the landlord's - to be deducted from the deposit upon completion.
If the tenant withdraws for any reason, this payment will be forfeited as a contribution towards the landlord's abortive legal costs.
