The Union Building comprises seven floors of business space in the heart of Norwich, including a gym, rooftop bar/restaurant and car park.
Floors one to five provide modern, high-quality office accommodation benefiting from excellent natural light, state-of-the-art lighting, heating and cooling systems, and perimeter trunking. Space is available either fully furnished at no additional cost or unfurnished.
The fourth floor houses The Union Building’s flexible open plan co-working space, which is available to rent on a daily basis, along with three private meeting rooms (available to rent on a half day or daily basis) and communal kitchen.
Rooftop Gardens is located on the sixth floor, Norwich’s first and only rooftop restaurant and bar, with 360-degree panoramic views of famous landmarks including the Cathedral, Castle and Carrow Road. All tenants of The Union Building can enjoy 30% off at Rooftop Gardens.
Norwich Health and Fitness, located in the basement, can also be enjoyed by The Union Building tenants with 20% off their membership.
Each office is available on an all-inclusive basis (except business rates) to include water, electricity and Wi-Fi. A private and secure Wi-Fi network option is also available for at an additional cost of £50 plus VAT per month, to include set-up and licenses.
Cleaning services are available through The Union Building at an addition cost, depending on requirements.
Parking at The Union Building is reserved for office visitors only, on a first come first serve basis up for up to two hours.
