DESCRIPTION
The grazing marshes which are conveniently accessed via a corral, are divided into three parcels by a network of dykes although there
are gateways between each to facilitate ease of stock movement. The land is all classified as grade 3 by the Provisional Agricultural
Land Classification sheet and identified as forming part of the Newchurch 2 series being a loamy and clayey soil of coastal flats with
naturally high groundwater.
