Location

The property is located within the county of Lincolnshire. Lots 1 and 2 are located specifically between the villages of Bishop Norton and Glentham. Lot 3 is located north of Bishop Norton.

Bishop Norton Road public highway adjoins the property and provides direct access to Lots 1 and 2. Additional access is also available via Atterby Lane and Norton Lane. The town of Market Rasen is located approximately 9.5 miles to the east, while Gainsborough lies approximately 12 miles to the west.

The cathedral city of Lincoln is situated further to the south.

The land can be reached from Market Rasen by taking the A631 westbound towards Caenby Corner roundabout. When entering the village of Glentham, turn right onto Bishop Norton Road. Lots 1 and 2 are situated on both sides of the road, approximately 1.5 miles north of Glentham village. Lot 3 can be accessed by continuing to travel north through Bishop Norton village passing onto Atterby Lane.
